Return Policy
Per the return policy, customers have the Statutory Right to return a product within 5 days of receiving the order. Kindly note: you’ll have to manage the costs of sending the product back to us if the products aren’t faulty, i.e., you’ve decided not to keep our products for whatever reason.
We request that you return products through recorded delivery and provide us with the tracking number. Pro Honey will not offer exchanges or issue refunds for products after 5 days of receiving the items. In addition, we won’t accept claims that items weren’t received or were received damaged after 5 days have passed. Plus, we won’t take responsibility for any missing packages that are not delivered via a trackable service.
The products must be returned in the same packing and condition as when they were sent to you to be fully refunded. After we have received and examined the goods, refunds are processed within seven days. We will not issue refunds for products that have been opened and/or used. Items returned that were improperly packaged by customers and were received broken or damaged will not be reimbursed.
In the unexpected case that we deliver the incorrect items, kindly get in touch with us and send the faulty items with the original packaging intact as soon as possible to our address, which will be communicated to you. Our representative will come to your address and pick up the package after informing you. If you receive a damaged, open parcel or if some products are missing, we demand you take pictures of the inside and outside package as received. These pictures will serve as evidence to file a claim with the courier company we’re associated with.
The courier company keeps track of the weight of the orders dispatched to avoid any hassles or missing items. As a result, we can easily track if we’re at fault or if there’s been a misunderstanding. However, if we’re at fault, we’ll ensure you receive the right package with all items present.
